This tenant buildout project for an LA based clothing boutique located in the Buckhead retail district, balances the need for maximizing product display, while maintaining an open, airy feel to maintain site lines and a comfortable shopping experience.
Taking advantage of this end cap unit with ample windows on three sides of the space allowed us to balance sidewalk facing window display, with light colored reflective finishes to bring in as much natural light as possible.
More private aspects of the program such as office space and changing rooms are strategically located so to provide privacy where needed, while maintaining an open space with plenty of natural light.
